Boarding & Training

We offer full care stall board for $830/month & training (4 sessions/week for $650/month)

No board vacancies as of December 2023 - please contact us to be placed on the waitlist.

What We
Offer

Bedding & Feed

  • Stall with straw bedding (shavings available for an additional cost)

  • Daily or nightly private or group turnout, weather permitting (excluding Christmas Day, New Years Day, Thanksgiving, and Easter)

  • Apply boots or fly gear as needed for turnout

  • Hay 2x/day in stall year-round & placed in paddocks during winter months

  • Barn chosen feed twice a day (extra cost for grain of choice)

Facility Access

  • 2 outdoor arenas (1 with lights)

  • 1 indoor arena

  • State-approved trails within Bellevue State Park

  • Cross country jumps, footing permitting

  • One indoor hot/cold wash rack and two outdoor cold wash racks

  • Area to store a reasonable amount of tack and equipment

  • Camera surveillance and/or night check by staff if needed for severe health concerns (i.e. colic)

Extra Fees

  • Holding for vet/farrier/other ‘provider’

  • Extra blanket changes

  • Wound care, bandaging, etc.

  • Supplies for wound care, bandaging, injections, etc.

Other

  • Prepackaged medication and supplement administration​

  • Blanketing, according to seasonal weather conditions at Owner’s discretion (excessive blanket change requests - additional charge)

  • Applying requested ointments to wounds without bandaging

Scheduling

  • Scheduling with barn farrier

  • Scheduling of appointments and routine vaccinations with barn veterinarian

  • Holding for routine vaccinations or blood draws

  • Applying requested ointments to wounds without bandaging

  • Scheduling & holding for barn dentist

Farm 'Providers'

  • Veterinarian: Unionville Equine Associates (primary: Dr. Jamie Minnella)

  • Farrier: Andrew Howard

  • Dentist: 

  • You are welcome to use your own farrier, veterinarian, or dentist; however, you will be responsible for all scheduling and holding. Horses are required to remain UTD on vaccines, dentistry, and hoof care.
